**Principal Accountability**:

- Responsible for sending rate mails to customers whenever there is an enquiry.
- Responsible to follow-up on the enquiry and if the lead turns to be active, raising invoice to customers and co-ordinating for payment(full in advance).
- Coordinating with the factory on dispatch arrangements to customers.
- Ensuring the payment received is on time & checking the receivables with the invoice raised.
- Maintaining good rapport with all the regular / new customers.
- Coordinating with factory & customer, if any issue raised with regards to quality and take necessary actions after coordinating with the Quality team.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with reporting manager.
- Daily business report needs to be shared to the reporting manager on daily basis.
- Tallying Invoice & Receivables periodically.
- TDS file to be updated periodically.
- Maintaining Ledger statement for every single customer.
- All necessary manual files to be properly maintained.
- Calculating the broker payment on monthly basis and Coordinating brokers payment with the accounts team.

**Desired Skill Set**
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
