We are seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Executive with expertise in Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP), and Customer Journey Mapping (WTP) within the Aftermarket Care (AMC) sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth in our company's AMC division.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and ROI.

Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and customer data analysis.

Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping principles and methodologies.

Experience in the AMC sector or related industries is preferred.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
