**Job Title: Enrolled Agent (US Tax Specialist)**

**Location: Remote (India-based) Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)**

**Client Location**: United States

**Employment Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:Minimum 2-3 years of experience with US tax preparation and representation.

**Package**: Up to 7.2 LPA

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services throughout the year.
- Respond to IRS notices and represent clients in audits, collections, and other IRS-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations and updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax documentation and records.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather tax-related information and provide updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license from the IRS.
- _**Strong knowledge of individual (1040), business (1120, 1120S, 1065), and other tax forms.**_
- _**Experience using tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.**_
- Familiarity with IRS procedures and client representation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during US hours (night shift IST).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with US accounting firms or clients.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting platforms.
