We support clients in transaction processing and other back end operations of retirement plans. Empower Retirement is a part of Great-West Financial

Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of critical transactions for the participants /clients ; Transactions might include but not limited to identify the type of transactions based on the request is IGO or NIGO ; Work with upstream and down stream process to capture the right information; Code transactions in the system and communicate the client/ participants depending on the type of the transaction

Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

- Accurately and efficiently processes and perform analysis and code participant transaction requests assigned
- Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals.
- Responsible for prioritization and completion of assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements
- Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across audience
- Sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Significant experience interacting with workflow systems, not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many in-flight deliverables at once on tight deadlines
- Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements
- Complying with process and business controls

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in the US retirement industry (not mandatory)
- Good typing skills (25-30 words per minute with 100% accuracy)
- Attention to details
- Should have the ability to research unique, complex and escalated account issues
- Achieving daily / weekly and monthly targets
- Ensuring accuracy on transactions processed
- Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
- Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU
- System knowledge required
- Open to Night shifts based on business requirements
