About the Role

As an Project Sppt Spec, you are expected to execute administrative tasks related to project work. You will be required to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) when executing tasks on your work list. It is important that you are highly organized and can help support others keep track of important information (i.e., note taking on client calls with Project Managers and/or Account Managers/Directors).

Skills & Core Competencies:

- Organized: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Perform in Teams: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
- Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
- Influence Outcomes: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- University Degree
- Workfront - project management program (not mandatory, but preferred)
