General information Job Posting Title Assoc Spec - Change Mgmt, India Date Thursday, October 16, 2025 City Bengaluru State KA Country India Working time Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness assessments.- Draft and maintain change-related deliverables/collateral such as communication plans, training materials, FAQs, job aids, surveys, videos, and PowerPoint decks.- Support the coordination of HR change initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining status reports.- Collaborate with HR and other Maximus stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.- Participate in the Change Management Community of Practice and contribute to community maintenance activities.- Monitor feedback and adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of change interventions.- Identify existing documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, work instructions) that require updates based on impact assessments.- Effectively use AI to improve efficiency/effectiveness in drafting communications, FAQs, plans and other resources. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.- 0–3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, HR operations, or a related role.- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, Workday, or video creation software is a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Skilled AI use in everyday tasks. Minimum Salary ₹ 610,100.00 Maximum Salary ₹ 869,400.00
