**Job Description**:

- Scheduling of routine (internal & external) PM works to ensure there are no conflicts with key trading periods
- Ensure all PM works are completed at the appropriate time to meet operational needs
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Ensure right data is collated validated & updated in the relevant system
- Ensure Timely delivery of all deliverables and adhere to quality standards
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work

**Qualifications**:
Intermediate Excel Logical Reasoning Basic Numeracy Skills Eye - to - Detail
