Job Description: Presale/Business Development Executive
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value and benefits of the company's products or services.
- Collaborate with the Project team and technical experts to design and develop customized solutions that address customer requirements.
- Provide expertise and guidance in configuring, tailoring, and positioning the product or service offering.
- Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality proposals, bids, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Ensure that proposals align with customer needs.
- Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the broader industry landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and partners.
- Act as an advisor and consultant, offering insights to help customers make informed decisions.
- Provide technical assistance, address customer concerns and objections, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Provide insights on customer needs, to help shape the company's offerings and positioning.

**Skills**:

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer requirements, identify solutions, and address challenges effectively.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and cooperation.
- Understanding of sales processes.Ability to align customer needs with the company's value proposition and articulate the business benefits of the solutions.

Pay: ₹8,952.72 - ₹39,538.92 per month
