**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fault Finding**: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in solar energy systems.
- **Site Service**: Conduct regular maintenance and service visits to client sites.
- **Solar Plant Inspection**: Perform inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- **Installation Team Management**: Oversee and coordinate the installation team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed and report findings to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in solar energy or electrical fieldwork.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and technologies.
- Strong communication and team management skills.

**Attributes**:

- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fieldwork is required; a two-wheeler is essential for travel to various job sites.

**Compensation**:

- Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month.
