Do you have experience supervising technical teams on-site?
We’re looking for a dynamic and responsible Technician Supervisor to lead and coordinate technicians across our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide technicians across Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Solar, and other disciplines
Allocate daily tasks and monitor field execution to ensure deadlines are met
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Maintain detailed progress reports, materials tracking, and manpower logs
Liaise effectively with engineers and project managers to coordinate site activities

Eligibility Criteria
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade
Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on field supervision experience
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities
Technical: Good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with site safety protocols and documentation practices
