**About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic and motivated **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our India team. This is a fantastic opportunity for **fresh graduates** who are digitally savvy and eager to start a career in business development and marketing within a global consulting firm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage prospect lists using digital tools and platforms.
- Write blogs and support content creation aligned with Kendra’s services.
- Grow and manage our presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channels.
- Support the planning and production of podcasts.
- Keep the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) updated with lead and activity data.
- Generate regular reports and assist with KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Manager on campaign execution and reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
- Good written communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media and content trends.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, if required.

**Bonus Points For**
- Exposure to tools like Canva, Notion, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Interest in business transformation, startups, or consulting.
- Curiosity about podcasting, analytics, or digital strategy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
