Job Description:
Job Title **Co-Working SALES MANAGER**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and membership statistics for management review.

**Skills Required**:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the co-working space industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
