**Job Title**: Telecaller**Job Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive **Telecaller** to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales/marketing team. The role involves effective communication, customer engagement, and follow-up to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle **inbound queries** and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and closures.
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** by addressing queries politely and professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate with good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
