Area Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Area Sales Executive** to expand our business footprint in the **Saurashtra region**. The role involves sales and business development for building materials, focusing on developing strong market connections and driving consistent revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients within the **construction and building materials sector**.
- Build lasting relationships with **contractors, builders, architects, retailers**, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits, site meetings, and client presentations across the assigned territory.
- Handle negotiations related to pricing, contracts, and payment terms to successfully close deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to share with the management team.
**Desired Profile**:
- Prior experience in **B2B/B2C sales**, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within the construction sector will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across **Saurashtra** (Travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy).
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing**, or a related field preferred.
