**Objectives and Responsibilities**
- Create, manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns within Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing/ Microsoft Ads), Display (GDN, Programmatic is a plus), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Meta Search (is a plus) and additional media platforms.
- Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve key performance metrics and drive revenue according to account goals.
- Create and follow through with projects and initiatives that will benefit clients, including process development and new media tactic testing.
- Communicate with Customer Success Managers on a regular basis to review campaign performance, and suggest additional online marketing strategies and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency metric.
- Keep current on the latest trends in the paid search, display, ad technology, and social media marketing channels and across the hospitality marketing industry
- Participate in meetings with clients to review Paid Media results and discuss recommendations and strategies

- Experience in Excel, reporting, tracking, dashboarding, and data analysis
- Experience in setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social, display and good to know - metasearch, programmatic, )
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager
- Ability to align marketing channels to client goals & outcomes
- Financial acumen on budget planning, pacing, and channel distribution
- Assist in team digital media training.
