We're Hiring a Social Media Strategist

Location: Ahmedabad| Experience: 5+ years of cracking virality

Do you get high on ideas? Do Instagram reels talk to you in your dreams? Are your tabs always open to trends, memes, and madness? Then hey, this might be your stage.

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist (okay okay, Strategist) who:

Is a natural-born storyteller — you don't just post, you create moments.

Has a sixth sense for platform-specific vibes — what works on LinkedIn won't fly on TikTok, and you know it.

Crafts conceptual, creative, and engaging content that isn't just scroll-stopping, but memory-sticking.

Is fluent in video storytelling — from reels to long-form narratives.

Manages and builds content calendars like a festival planner on steroids.

Knows what's trending before it even trends (yes, we mean stalking the Explore tab like your ex ).

Analyzes why something went viral — not just what but why.

Thinks in hashtags, hooks, heatmaps and humor.

Understands algorithms like a techie in disguise — from IG's mood swings to LinkedIn's love for long posts.

Plays with AI tools — ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva... you name it.

Tracks KPIs like a hawk — reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, CTRs.

Brings clarity to chaos by managing reporting and dashboards.

Bonus points if you:

  • Are obsessed with building your own brand/content
  • Can make boring things look fun (we love dark humor too)
  • Are a meme dealer, a tweet philosopher, or a reel DJ in disguise
