- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing guest records.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in hotel management or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests over the phone.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with all visitors.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
