**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and handle initial inquiries about real estate projects**.
- **Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up meetings or site visits.**:

- **Provide accurate information to clients regarding project details, pricing, and payment plans.**:

- **Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and new real estate developments in the area**:

- **Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth pre-sales process**:

- **Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts**:

- **Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and follow-ups**:

- **Prepare and share sales presentations, proposals, and related documents**:

- **Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
