Our **Ultra-High Net Worth**team focuses on post liquidity multigenerational families and C-Suite executives who have or require complex estate and income tax planning. Our team of professionals take a holistic approach through consulting and compliance with income tax, philanthropic, retirement, gift, estate and trust needs. As an experienced tax manager, you will be responsible for the following, which are focused around your technical expertise and ability to work as a collaborative team member to deliver excellent client service:
**Responsibilities**:

- Advise ultra-high net worth clients on a full spectrum of tax services including wealth transfer, charitable and retirement planning, and tax compliance
- Lead the engagement team focused on closely held businesses, individual, fiduciary and gift / estate taxation. This includes the planning and execution of client tax engagements that exceed client expectations and RSM profitability thresholds
- Anticipate client needs and collaborate with RSM specialists regarding state and local taxation and international taxation
- Delivers exceptional talent experience by building collaborative teams, developing and rewarding team members
- Provide leadership, training and career mentorship to staff and supervisor level team members
- Drive and collaborate with senior leadership on growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors through a commitment to outstanding client service

Basic Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in 1040, 1065, 1041, foreign tax forms High Net Worth Individuals.
- CPA license in one’s principal place of business/home state, licensed J.D. or enrolled agent.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxation Most recent years should include experience in managing client engagements.
- Proficient in individual, fiduciary, and investment partnership taxation, with an understanding of complex investments and the related tax implications and/or estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxation.
- Familiar with multi-state taxation.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- EA/CPA is preferred.
