This is a hybrid role (part player, part coach) to provide sustainable wealth creation solutions to UHNI clients along with building a high performing team of private bankers.Job DescriptionManage and grow a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth clientsDeliver bespoke investment, wealth planning, and family office solutionsLead, inspire, and develop a team of private bankers to be high performingCollaborate with internal partners across investment, legal, tax, and other functionsAct as a strategic thought partner in growing the businessMaintain highest levels of service and delivery to existing clientsThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in finance or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private bankingProven track record of managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of banking and investment products and servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
