**Job Title: Junior Purchase Executive**

**Department**: Procurement / Supply Chain

**Qualifications**:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

**Required Experience**:3-5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure mechanical components, fabrication items, castings, and other engineering materials as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings to ensure procurement accuracy and vendor understanding.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers for cost, quality, and reliability; maintain approved vendor lists.
- Negotiate with vendors for the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and material availability.
- Coordinate with production, quality, design, and stores departments to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and assist in QMS (Quality Management System) documentation and compliance with ISO 3000 standards.
- Maintain procurement data, vendor performance reports, and cost analyses using Power BI and MS Excel.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **machine components, fabrication, and casting processes**:

- Ability to **read and understand mechanical drawings**:

- Understanding of **ISO 3000** and **QMS-Audit** procedures
- Data analysis and reporting skills using **Power BI** and **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**:

- Good knowledge of **ERP / SAP / Tally** systems
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and coordination** skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
