**Job Title**: Mughlai Chef - Biryani Expert
**Location**: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
**Salary**: ₹50,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 5+ years in Mughlai cuisine, specializing in Biryani preparation

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic Mughlai dishes with a strong focus on various Biryani preparations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for every order.
- Manage kitchen operations related to biryani prep - from marination to final dum.
- Supervise kitchen staff and train them where required in handling Mughlai cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory of spices, rice, meats, and other key biryani ingredients; ensure proper stock rotation.
- Collaborate with management to create new recipes or improve existing ones.
- Work efficiently during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mughlai/Biryani Chef in a reputed kitchen.
- Deep knowledge of Mughlai spices, cooking techniques, and traditional dum biryani styles.
- Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility with work hours; must be available during lunch and dinner rush.
