Housekeeping Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Check for damages or maintenance issues in rooms and report them to the maintenance team.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hallways, public restrooms, and common areas within the hotel.
- Restock guestroom amenities (e.g., towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) and housekeeping supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including staff restrooms, storage rooms, and laundry facilities.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked and organized, ready for use during shifts.
- Report lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and uniforms.
- Work as part of a team, collaborating with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Maintenance) to meet guest expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a strong sense of time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
