Job Role and Responsibilities: 1. Client Assessments**: - Assist in conducting initial nutritional assessments for clients. - Gather and analyze clients' dietary habits, health status, and lifestyle. 2. Diet Planning and Recommendations**: - Help develop personalized meal plans under the guidance of a senior dietician. - Make dietary recommendations tailored to individual client needs, focusing on weight loss, disease management, or overall wellness. 3. Nutritional Education**: - Educate clients about healthy eating habits, nutritional labels, and food choices. - Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, or one-on-one sessions on nutrition and wellness. 4. Data Collection and Analysis**: - Maintain accurate records of clients’ progress, dietary adherence, and health improvements. - Monitor and report on clients’ progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed. 5. Research and Development**: - Stay updated with the latest nutrition research, trends, and guidelines. - Assist in developing new recipes, meal plans, or wellness programs based on current research. 6. Collaboration**: - Work closely with other wellness professionals, such as yoga instructors, fitness trainers, and medical staff, to provide holistic care. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for client care and business growth. 7. Administrative Support**: - Assist with scheduling client appointments, managing client files, and other administrative duties as needed. - Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide information about the services offered. 8. Client Support**: - Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions, offering encouragement, and helping them stay on track with their dietary goals. - Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure clients are satisfied with their progress and adjust plans if necessary.
