**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, departments, and programs to target audiences.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local communities, physicians, and healthcare professionals to generate awareness of the hospital’s offerings.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and distribute engaging marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.
- **Event Management**: Organize and support health-related events, awareness campaigns, health screenings, and workshops within the community.
- **Patient Education**: Collaborate with medical staff to create educational materials that inform patients about services, procedures, and health topics.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analyze patient demographics, competitors, and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Branding**: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- **Internal Communication**: Work with internal stakeholders, such as doctors, nurses, and other staff, to promote hospital achievements, new services, and patient success stories.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare or hospital industry, is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,424.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
