Voxlube Energies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Marketing Representative to drive sales and marketing efforts for our engine oil products within an assigned territory. This role involves developing and managing relationships with clients, distributors, and partners, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets to grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Territory Sales & Marketing: Execute territory-specific sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales for our engine oil products. Identify and capture new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. Conduct regular visits to educate partners on product benefits, provide sales support, and resolve any issues.
- Market Analysis : Research market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Provide insights on customer preferences and regional demands to the marketing team.
- Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals are met through targeted marketing efforts.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report sales performance and market trends within the territory. Provide regular updates on sales achievements and projections to management.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the engine oils, lubricants, or automotive industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of engine oil products and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel within the territory as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
