**Key Responsibility and Duties**
- Lead the contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow.
- Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Engage with sales team and billing team with billing pipelines and give detailed inputs on assisting in sales pipelines.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
- Maintain confidentiality of all contracts.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Keep track of important contract dates.
- Responds to requests from internal departments and makes sure all contracts are drafted and executed promptly and correctly.
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.

**Knowledge/Skills Required**
- Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
- Have a fair understanding of GDPR and other data protection laws and relating clauses in contracts
- Have a fair understanding of coverage and applicability of various taxes at the stage of contract drafting and negotiation
- Preferably having functional knowledge of accounting, legal and commercial aspects relating to contracts.
- Preferably having had experience of handling contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is required.

**Working Hours**

This role requires you to work 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
