We are looking for a Procurement Executive who will be responsible for sourcing and procurement for all global offices, Global Vendor Engagement and Governance & Compliances. It's a Temp Role for 6 month contract.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead sourcing & procurement in India and Globally (Category: IT Software & Hardware, Professional & Consulting services, Insurances, Tail Spend Management, Online Subscription & Services, Telecom & Unified Communication, Facilities, Marketing, HR and Finance Etc)
- Screen supplier credentials globally & on-boarding suppliers to create a healthy supplier database (globally).
- Partner with business division leadership to develop a Sourcing & Procurement.
- Prepare periodic Sourcing & Procurement status reports
- Enrich ethical & transparent approaches while engaging in transactions with suppliers to meet organizational values.
- Maintaining CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score (Above 4 out of 5).
- Assist clients indirectly to meet sourcing & Procurement objectives to fulfill their sourcing expectations.
- Induct highly rated suppliers with superior market credentials with an objective to fulfill organizational desires.
- Facilitate Reverse Auction & Forward Auction, prepare eRFX's, and generate cost/service comparison matrixes.
- Continuous Networking with suppliers to encourage them to honor best proposals on a continuous basis.
- Encourage competition among suppliers to fetch a competitive & healthy proposal.
- Spearhead dispute handling with suppliers for deliverable conflicts.
- Record keeping for future references and audits in order to omit shortfalls, if any.
- Lead the Internal or External Audits to attain zero discrepancies in any transaction.
- Knowledge sharing on requirement gatherings, verifying & approving purchase/service orders, tracking TAT and saving mechanism, Post transaction assessment and case studies.
- Maintain accurate administration and validation of projects and savings.
