**Instructional Designer***
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify business challenges, knowledge and skills gaps, and relevant training requirements for internal enablement, customer enablement, partner enablement, and certification programs.
- Work collaboratively with client to execute on the end-to-end development lifecycle: analysis, plan, design, develop, and implement engaging technical learning solutions across multiple products and at various expertise levels and roles that enhance retention and transfer of learning for delivery via instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, job aids and recorded formats.
- Manage the full scope of instructional design projects, providing leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver instructor-led training in person or virtually, using various tools to keep learners engaged.
- Host interactive webinars via Zoom, Google Meet - excellent logistics and facilitation skills. Advanced skills with managing a dynamic calendar.
- Develop visually compelling graphic design and video creation, using some of the tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Photoshop, Kahoot, Mentimeter
- Development of courses, redesigning existing courses, developing entire course curriculums. Experience with an LMS like Docebo
- Work collaboratively with client’s Thought leadership team to keep abreast of industry trends, news, and developments to identify opportunities for the community and provide relevant and timely information to members.
- Individual contributor role.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Instructional Designer.
- Experience in creating high quality videos and graphics. Should have an active portfolio of high-quality multimedia creations and e-learning content using Articulate 360.
- Experience in creating e-learning content for complex SaaS platforms.
- Experience in managing end-to-end Web-based training course creation.
- Experience in handling VILT/classroom-based sessions.
- Excellent written and Spoken communication skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Experienced in usage of tools like Articulate 360, Kahoot, Camatsia, Mentimeter & Photoshop
- Advanced skills in hosting interactive webinars via Zoom, Google Meet - excellent logistics and facilitation skills. Advanced skills with managing a dynamic calendar.

- Any graduation

- B2 Language proficiency on CEFR scale.

**Ad-tech skills**:

- Basic understanding of ad-tech ecosystem

**Technical skills**:

- Advanced expertise in usage of tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Kahoot, Camatsia, Mentimeter & Photoshop/Illustrator
- Excellent skills in Google Slides.

**Data Analysis**:

- Intermediate skills MS Excel and Google Sheets

**Working hours**:

- Mon to Fri : 6 PM to 4 AM (night shift)
