**Job Title**: Store Assistant Manager**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing performance metrics.
- Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail or store management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,257.92 per month
