**Role Description**

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students through cold calling data and generate high-quality leads for our sales team and schedule appoitnemnt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people and have no sales taregts but communications as KPI

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and engage potential students.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads based on their educational and professional needs.
- Explain course offerings, benefits, and outcomes to prospective students.
- Build rapport and counsel leads to guide them toward enrollment decisions.
- Schedule and execute timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships.
- Work towards converting qualified leads into enrolled students for the courses.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

**Requirement**
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Voice or Lead Generation roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and counsel potential students confidently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
