**Position: Hostel Warden**
- Supervise students living in the hostel, ensuring they follow all hostel rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, addressing any issues related to student welfare or discipline.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including room allocations, maintenance requests, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that hostel facilities (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, recreational areas) are well-maintained and functional.
- Maintain accurate records of students residing in the hostel, including contact details, room assignments, and any incidents.
- Monitor and manage hostel resources, ensuring efficient usage and timely procurement of supplies.
- Ensure that the hostel meets all safety and security standards, including fire safety protocols, emergency exits, and general health and safety measures.
- Handle disputes or conflicts between students in a fair and impartial manner, offering mediation if necessary.
- Report any serious incidents or concerns to the institution's authorities.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and management, ensuring effective communication about hostel policies, events, and issues.
- Maintain attendance records, room inventories, and other administrative documentation.
- Prepare monthly reports on hostel operations, including occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and any incidents or concerns.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Additional certifications related to student welfare or hostel management are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

**Working Conditions**:

- The Hostel Warden will be required to live on-site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
