**Job Title -Hostel Warden**

**Reporting to - Chief Warden**
- **Job Purpose**

Actively handled Hostels & and support to the Chief Warden and provided relevant information from time to time.
- **Key Accountability**

**Strategic**
- Shall be responsible for the overall management of the existing and upcoming hostels.

**Operational**
- Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.
- To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the Hostel.
- Always ensure the safety and security of all borders and maintain of discipline in and around the Hostel.
- Responsible for maintenance of the hostel, no damage to the hostel furniture and fittings, and timely repair.
- Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
- Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
- Reports to the Chief Warden in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
- Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
- Arranges for first aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/ staff, if required.
- Ensuring 100% occupancy at each hostel.
- Maintain a Proper record of each student residing at the hostel.
- Ensure maintenance within 48 hours to one week in case of any breakdown.

**Minimum Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 6 years plus of relevant experience.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
