**Job Summary**
We are Hiring for **Billing Incharge**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Daily morning spares sales team and Driver team attendance collection and send to Sales & Service Head
Daily basis enquiry posting to EDCS and Tally to informed accounts team
New vehicle DA creation and posting of purchase in DCS
Should prepare Delivery Challan before taking invoice for very sale
Verification of order forms before taking of invoice
Should check customer ledger copy must be “0”to be closed before effecting delivery
Retention report prepare and submit to Marketing head/ Management ( Daily basis)
To check the financiers DO for subvention applicable and raise the debit note and submit the same to sales
coordinator
Daily closing reports to send Management
Stock report
Team wise daily report
Prospects report, TA utilize report
Quotation and MMR prepare and send to financiers
TA / DA and incentive report prepare every month 10th
Customers refund follow-up, To maintain records and file as per DOMS format
Maintaining MMR original receipt in a separate file.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Any Degree/ Diploma
- 2 to 3 years

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
