**Job Description**:
Eden Critical Care Hospital Ltd., located in Chandigarh, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and medical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and alerting the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, medication charts, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
- Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices, attending relevant workshops and training programs as required.
- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution. ANM AND GNM CAN ALSO APLLY
- Valid nursing registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
