Staff Nurse

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior nursing staff and nursing students.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols to enhance patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and participate in continuing education opportunities.
