- Responsible for tracking, reporting and providing comprehensive analysis of the company’s revenue projections and operating margin from where the leadership can take informed decisions
- Creating the yearly budget, forecasting and reporting the variance against the actuals by working closely with accounting team
- Work with the delivery and help them in optimizing the cost/maximizing the revenue in order to improve the margins
- Develop Business/ financial models along with the sales / Presales team based on the rate and cost card
- To develop and ensure implementation of strategic plans for Cost cutting and track cost control measures
- Providing understanding & key analysis to the management for movement of operating margin and revenue forecasting

Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Business Finance in a large or leading IT Service organization
- Experience in financial modelling, stratergy and reporting on investor funding would be a great add on
- Education in MBA (Finance) or equivalent
