Oversight of day-to-day operations on SAP (S/4 HANA) and Yardi operations.
- Co-ordinating with third party service providers for data management either on physical premise or Cloud.
- Co-ordination with third party service providers for end to end support on management of ticketing tools, end user support and new developments.
- Migration of old process to SAP, Implementation of new process.
- Managing, maintaining and support various day to day operations.
- Assist in configuring SAP
- Troubleshoot and resolving SAP user issues on daily basis.
- Maintaining and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the SAP business.
- Implementing business process flows in SAP
- Implementing and training of features to users.
- Identification of issues and providing resolution.
- Maintaining SAP backup and recovery plan.
- Documentation of IT process controls and framework.
