include driving revenue, expanding market reach, and optimizing the customer
experience through online platforms.
**Role Overview**:
This role focused on maximizing the revenue generation of the company’s online
channels. This position is responsible for devising and executing strategies that
directly impact the financial performance of the business by optimizing digital sales,
pricing strategies, and customer acquisition efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients’ post-sales.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
- Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade
confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage post-trade risks including settlement, credit, and operational risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline post-sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and analyse post-trade reports for management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to post-sales activities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
Recruitment of Team members
Recruitment of Call & Trade and dealers in terms of performance, Training, Quality and attrition management.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a
related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking industry, with a focus on post-sales operations in equity or derivative markets.
- Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, regulations, and market practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
