Mystic Studios is a premier photography and videography studio specializing in weddings, corporate shoots, family portraits, and more. Our goal is to create timeless, feel-good memories for our clients through exceptional service and creativity.
The Office Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient coordination, and seamless client interactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Office Management**:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and studio inventory.
- Oversee facility upkeep and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
**Client & Team Coordination**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client walk-ins.
- Assist in onboarding clients, sharing necessary information, and coordinating pre-shoot requirements.
- Support the internal team by managing communication, meeting schedules, and task follow-ups.
**Finance & Documentation**:
- Maintain records of invoices, expenses, and payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain studio documents, contracts, and reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
