**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a detailed summary of coverage details (RFQ).
- Fully versed with IRDA circulars and a gap analysis was done basis current market conditions for the client's benefit.
- Terms and conditions and quote comparison by preparing structured spreadsheets.
- Swift process request follow-ups / renewal requests and compliance reporting / reviewing policy documents for complete and correct information.
- Obtain endorsement from Insurer including premium/inclusion/exclusion adjustment, if any
- Knowledge of various employee benefits products. Must be able to make effective presentations.
- Planning wellness programs for clients after liaising with TPA / Insurance company ensuring calendar dates are given and adhered to.
- Develops and maintains an effective network within the business community and industry.
- Ease of Technical discussions with the CEO/ CFO of the companies.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers and maintain service levels all along.
- Monitor political, management, and other changes within the client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum graduate from Commerce / Arts / Science
- Minimum 5 to 15 above Years of experience in EB Placement
- Should be able to handle independent.
- Procurement of quotes, comparing various quotes, and understanding and defending the claims of the insured successfully.
- Open-ended attitude to perform duties in a flexible work arrangement.
- Attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy.
- Good proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office - Word /Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook et

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
