**Job Overview**:
As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance our website’s visibility and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with the SEO Manager and other marketing team members to develop and execute on-page and off-page optimization efforts, analyze website performance, and improve search engine rankings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact, relevant keywords and phrases for the business and target audience.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content (titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, etc.) and structure for better search engine rankings and user experience.
- **Technical SEO**: Work on technical aspects of SEO, including website speed, mobile optimization, site structure, URL structures, sitemaps, and error-free crawling and indexing.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content teams to develop optimized content for the website, blog, and other digital assets to improve organic search visibility.
- **Link Building**: Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase referral traffic from high-quality sources.
- **SEO Audits**: Perform regular SEO audits to identify website issues that could affect search rankings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **SEO Reporting & Analysis**: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to track website performance, monitor keyword rankings, and measure traffic and conversions.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitor research to identify SEO opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in order to ensure the website's strategies are aligned with search engine guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (typically 06 months -1 years) as an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (not required but a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Local SEO.
- Knowledge of paid media and social media marketing.
- Understanding of Google’s algorithm updates (Panda, Penguin, etc.) and how to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
