- I help my Omni Sports Leaders to understand and fulfill their Role.
- I help my Omni Sports Leaders to develop by giving constructive and demanding feedback on a regular basis. (Individual Meetings)
- I help my Omni Sports Leader to develop personally and professionally; I want them to work autonomously.
- I identify and prepare future Leaders.

- You are the decision-maker of your business. You have a strong commercial planner where it has been implemented in your existing store.
