**Job Title: Store Keeper**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store keeper for our organization. The storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of a Site storeroom, performing activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
- Responsible for packing, labelling, and returning supplies
- Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
- Manage the store layout
- Supervise other staff members and keep a records
- Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
- Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
- Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- Generate a material received report timely
- Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out method

**Required Qualifications**:

- HSC / Bachelor's degree.
- Proven work experience as a Store Keeper
- Experience using software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Sharp time management skills


Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
