**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Keeper to join our team and play a vital role in managing our construction material inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate storage, control, and distribution of materials, contributing significantly to project timelines and budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and securely store construction materials as per designated procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using specialized software (e.g., Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory, Finale Inventory).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Issue materials to authorized personnel as per requisitions and maintain withdrawal records.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively initiate purchase orders based on established procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries of materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storeroom in accordance with safety regulations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (preferably Construction Management or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar inventory management role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate and efficient inventory control.
- Strong understanding of material control principles and inventory management software.
- Experience with construction materials and their proper storage methods is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
