**Your role**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Reporting:

- Preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports for internal management as well as external stakeholders (e.g. 3rd party asset, Balance sheet and income statements, Risk Weighted Assets and Leverage exposure reports etc.)
- Ensure that the reporting meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with relevant global reporting standards.
- Innovate and maintain robust internal reporting systems, framework, and processes.
- Prepare reconciliations, and month-end close reports including Q-o-Q and M-o-M variance analysis and commentaries.
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

2. Compliance and Audit:

- Champion adherence to internal controls and policies, safeguarding our financial integrity.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors and support internal audit processes.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes, ensuring our compliance and readiness.

3. Financial Analysis:

- Participate in comprehensive financial analysis to support critical business decisions.
- Support line manager in the preparation and analysis of ad-hoc reports, respond swiftly to emerging needs.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting key business initiatives.
- Liaise with seniors, seek guidance and own your professional growth.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as deputy to the line manager

**Your team**
- You’ll be working for the Asset Management aligned Finance Reporting & Analytics team in Hyderabad. We provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as well as intelligent solutions to a broad range of stakeholder, covering a wide range of financial metrics including P&L, Net New Money, Invested Assets, Regulatory reporting and KPIs.

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or business administration
- 5-10 years of work experience with a comparable financial institution
- Well organized, adaptable
- Autonomous, diligent, and detail-oriented work style
- Flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality (you are a people person)
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills; knowledge of business intelligence tools desirable but not essential
- Excellent English (written and oral)
