Able to Operate Universal Company Batching Plant

Ø Responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

Ø Monitor all plant production and processing equipment’s.

Ø Resolve all operating issue and perform regular periodic maintenance on all equipment’s.

Ø Monitor all safety issues to prevent any accidental damage to the machine and manpower.

Ø Ensure work site free of any wastage and maintain neat and clean plant site.

Ø Manage all plant operation and emission data and maintain safety and efficiency in plant and provide training to all subordinates.

Ø Supervise efficient operations of all plant equipment’s.

Ø Ready to work in Shifts and manage all rotational shifts and assist to reassemble all machines and complete all maintenance work.

Ø Resolve all issues and inspect and perform tests on all machine parts and supervise all repair activities and ensure all repair and operations according to required procedures.

Ø Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and mínimal unplanned stops.

Ø Perform appropriate duties in the laboratory and help in quality control measure.

Ø Learn our inventory management system and enter materials transactions.

Ø Ensure the production output as per production plan.

Ø Maintain a safe and clean work space.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
