**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage plant records, including employee attendance, production reports, and inventory logs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist in procurement, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Support HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for plant operations.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, management, and external stakeholders.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, HR, and procurement processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in plant administration, office management, or a related field preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting within a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Requires occasional interaction with production teams and plant floor activities.
- May involve handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
