To ensure seamless Dispatch Operations of Materials between Plants, From Ex-Godowns to Plants & OPCs.
- To Dispatch planning based on periodic STO received as per STR, Dispatch planning based on critical list shared by CMD & also based on criticalities.
- Ensuring Safe Loading of Vehicles; Preparation of TC file.
- Coordination with contractors for vehicle loading, barrel filling, tanker loading, Coordination with security team for vehicle inward and outward.
- Coordination with production block, QA lab, PQC lab, Production block, CMD in day-to-day planning etc.
- Coordination with CMD, OPCs, Purchase, IBU, IBL, NPS, TF, APPPG, PPG, IT, Corporate accounts and taxation on daily basis.
- Pro-Active reporting of UC and its closing for smooth dispatch.
- Coordination with Transporters for Vehicle Placement.
- Manpower management for Truck Dispatch, Tanker Loading and Barrelization.
- TF dispatch arrangement and execution.
- Export arrangement and Execution.
