**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1.** **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand's goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media plans into overall marketing campaigns.

**2.** **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Curate relevant and compelling content from external sources to supplement our own content efforts.
- Ensure all content is optimized for each social media platform and aligned with our brand's tone and guidelines.

**3.** **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across our social media channels.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, building brand loyalty and increasing engagement.
- Identify and address potential issues or crises on social media, escalating as necessary to management.

**4.** **Social Media Advertising**:

- Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, tools, and techniques.

**5.** **Social Media Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
